Assessment
Find where AI will pay.
When AI could help but it is not yet clear where, we work alongside your team to find out. You receive a prioritized roadmap and a written proposal for the first build. The roadmap is yours to keep, whether or not we continue.
- Duration
- Two to three weeks
- You receive
- A prioritized roadmap
- Then
- A proposal for the first build
What you receive.
- 01
A clear account of how your operation runs today, across the five areas below.
- 02
Every AI opportunity we find, tested against its value and its feasibility.
- 03
A prioritized, phased roadmap, with a one-page brief on each opportunity.
- 04
A written proposal for the highest-value build.
Two to three weeks, alongside your team.
- 01
Inside the operation
Finance, operations, and front-line teamsWe learn how the work actually moves: who touches it, where it waits, and which systems and records it depends on.
- 02
Every opportunity tested
Value against feasibilityEach place AI could help is weighed against what it would return and what it would take. Where an off-the-shelf tool would do the job, we say so.
- 03
Findings and roadmap
Walked through togetherWe walk you through the findings and hand over the written roadmap, with a proposal for the highest-value build.
Five areas, assessed as they actually run.
Where an area is not yet ready, the roadmap sets out what needs to change before a build begins.
- Data
- What exists, where it lives, and whether a system can read it without someone re-keying it.
- Process
- How the work actually moves today, who touches it, and where it waits.
- Systems
- The ERP, the spreadsheets, and the inboxes: what a build must connect to and what it could replace.
- People
- Who owns each workflow, who would review what a system flags, and what they need to trust it.
- Payoff
- What each problem costs in money or hours, measured against what a system would take to run.
What the roadmap looks like.
Every opportunity is rated on value and feasibility, then sequenced so the largest return comes first. An illustrative example:
| # | Phase | Opportunity | Value | Feasibility | When |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | First build | Invoice Intelligence Every vendor invoice read to the cent and checked against the agreed price, so overbilling and price increases are caught before they are paid. | High | Ready | Phase 1 |
| 02 | Core build | Operations dashboard One live view of the numbers the business runs on: overtime, delivery status, quality escapes, and scrap. Exceptions surfaced and routed to their owners. | High | Medium | Phase 2 |
| 03 | Expand | Quality and rework patterns Corrective actions and rework tickets read for recurring causes, by part, department, and shift. | Medium | Medium | Later |
Illustrative example, not a client’s roadmap. Each roadmap includes a one-page brief on every opportunity and a proposal for Phase 1.

Implementation
When you are readyThe first build on the roadmap, delivered as an Implementation. How Implementation works
- 02
The next system
Phase by phaseOnce the first system is in production, the next opportunity on the roadmap follows the same path, scoped and proposed on its own.
Start with a conversation.
A discovery call is a short conversation about your business and where AI could make a measurable difference. If there is a fit, we follow with a written proposal.
