Who will we be working with?
Every engagement is led directly by our founder and principal, Ayden Oswell, from the first conversation through production. There is no handoff to a junior team and no account manager in between. Every system is documented, and your data is yours and exportable at any time, so you are never locked in.
How long until it’s running?
Most builds reach production within two to three months. A bigger scope takes longer, and you know the timeline before you commit.
Do we need technical people?
No. We build the system, host it, and run it, and your team uses it. Your people are trained on it as part of the engagement, not as a separate purchase.
Is our data safe?
It lives in a dedicated, encrypted database with private-network access only, every touch logged, and encrypted off-site backups. Nothing sensitive goes to a third party without a data agreement in place.
We’re not a manufacturer. Does that matter?
The work is built around manufacturing: purchasing runs, quoting, the floor, vendor formats. If your operation is a different shape, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
